- Stir the Kettle: 6 reps stirring right, 6 reps stirring left. (in the below video the only do a half circle. Do a full circle around left 6 times, then repeat going right 6 times
- Medicine Ball Slam: 6 reps. (be careful it doesn't bounce back and smack you in the face - as hilarious as that would look, it probably wouldn't feel so great)

She believes that her image is not a big deal, and everyone else makes it a big deal.
